This bridge is a simple deck girder span over the Otter Tail River just east of Perham.
The bridge was originally built in 1906, but the current westbound span was rebuilt in 1926. The substructures are constructed of concrete.

The author has ranked this bridge as locally significant because of the common design. It is parallel to former US-10.
